Conclusions of the 4th meeting of the BEREC Contact Network 2025

The 4th Meeting of the BEREC Contact Network in 2025 was held hybrid on 13-14 November 2025 in Riga, Latvia, and online. The Meeting was chaired by Tom Boyce, Head of International Unit at ComReg and Representative of the 2025 BEREC Chair.

The Meeting was attended by senior representatives of the National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) with primary responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the markets for electronic communications networks and services. NRAs from the EU Member States (MS), the EEA countries and countries that are candidates for accession to the EU were also represented. A Representative of the European Commission also attended the Meeting.
