Open procurement procedure for the provision of ICT support services
The Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office), an agency of the European Union (EU) based in Riga, Latvia, is pleased to announce the launch of an open procurement procedure for the provision of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) support services (BEREC/2024/OP/0010). The BEREC Office supports the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) in ensuring consistent application of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications.
The objective of this procurement is a conclusion of the framework contract (FWC) for the provision of necessary ICT support services for BEREC and the BEREC Office. The services are to be delivered physically on-site at the BEREC Office premises and off-site if requested. The scope of services includes:
- ICT systems development, maintenance and administration;
- infrastructure management (on-premise and cloud-based);
- centralised software management;
- network management;ICT security management;
- audio-video conference support;
- end user support, and
- other related ICT services.
This procurement procedure is not divided into lots. The total estimated procurement value is EUR 700 800 for the entire FWC duration.
The deadline to submit tenders is 17 February 2025, at 16:00 Riga time.

The F&T Portal is used for the electronic exchange of information between the BEREC Office and potential tenderers, including questions and answers, and the electronic submission of documents in response to the call for tenders.
