Decision by the BEREC Office MC on the Public Register of the BEREC Office Documents

Decision MC (11) 22 by the Management Committee (MC) of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) on the Public Register of the BEREC Office Documents.

The current Decision was adopted pursuant to Article 22 “Access to documents”of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament (EP) and of the Council establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Office, Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents and Decision MC (10) 28 concerning the transparency and access to documents at the BEREC Office.

This Decision is amended by BEREC Office MC Decision amending the Decision on the Public Register of the BEREC Office Documents of 30 September 2011.
