Decision by the BEREC Office MC on the general implementing provisions on the procedure governing the engagement and the use of Temporary agents at the BEREC Office

Decision MC (10) 23 by the Management Committee (MC) of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (the BEREC Office) on the general implementing provisions on the procedure governing the engagement and the use of temporary agents at the BEREC Office.

The current decision was adopted by MC in compliance with Article 10 (2) of Regulation (EC) N 1211/2009, in agreement with the Commission, as an implementing measure in accordance with the arrangements provided for in Article 110 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities.
