Draft BEREC Office MC Decision on appraisal of contract agents

Following the entry into force of the new Staff Regulations adopted by the European Parliament and the Council, on 4 March 2015 European Commission adopted a new model Decision C (2015)1456 for the annual appraisal of the contact staff employed by the agencies.

Based on this Decision, the BEREC Office proposes to the MC to approve new rules for appraisal of the contract staff. If adopted by the MC, the current decisions will cease the implementation of Commission Decision C (2014) 2226, which ate present is applied by the BEREC Office by analogy. This decision shall take effect on the date of its adoption and apply to the reports established as of the 2015 appraisal exercise.

The current document is part of the internal BEREC decision making process and therefore is not available to the public. Once approved by the MC, the final document will be made available to the public though the current register of documents.
