Draft BEREC Office MC Decision on engagement and use of “2f” temporary agents

Following the entry into force of the new Staff Regulations adopted by the European Parliaments and the Council, on 4 March, 2015 European Commission adopted C ( 2015)1509 a new model for general implementing provisions on the procedure governing the engagement and use of temporary staff under Article 2(f) of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union.

Based on this decision, BEREC Office proposes to the MC to approve new rules for recruitment and mobility for temporary staff members between the Union agencies. This decision shall take effect on the date of its adoption.

This is a part of the internal decision making process, therefore is not available to public. The current document is part of the internal BEREC decision making process and therefore is not available to the public. Once approved by the MC, the final document will be made available to the public though the current register of documents.
