Draft BEREC Office MC Decision on the change of category of staff
In January 2015 the Management Committee of the BEREC Office has adopted a Multi-Annual Staff Policy plan for the years 2016-2018 in which a conversion of two Seconded National Experts (SNEs) into two Contract staff positions of function group IV had been suggested.
Converting the two SNEs would enable the BEREC Office to address its operational tasks to acceptable level by redefining the profiles of the experts and by adapting the scope of work. Those contract staff will be working in the Administration and Finance unit and in the Executive Support on a longer term basis.
The Management Committee has already approved the draft budget for 2016 implementing this transfer in the ‘Human resources – External personnel’ plan for 2015.Taking into account the need to have a Management Committee’s approval for this change, it is proposed to adopt a Management Committee’s Decision on change of category of staff with effect from 2015.
As the draft document is part of the internal decision making process, it is not available to the public. Once approved by the MC, the final document will be made available to the public though the current register of documents.
