MC Decision laying down guidelines on whistleblowing of the BEREC Office

Pursuant to Article 110(2) of the Staff Regulations, the European Commision gave its ex ante agreement to the adoption by agencies of implementing rules laying down guidelines on whistleblowing that are identical to the model decision laid down in Annex I to the Commission decision of 27.2.2018 officially notified to the BEREC Office on 2 March 2018. As from the date of that official notification, BEREC Office had to start its internal processes in view to adopt implementing rules identical to the model decision. As a result, BEREC office submits to the Management Committee for adoption Guidelines on Whistleblowing of the BEREC Office, which are identical to the model decision notified to the BEREC Office by the European Commission.
