BEREC Office MC Decision amending the Decision on the Public Register of the BEREC Office Documents of 30 September 2011
In 2012 following a decision of the BEREC Board of Regulators (Decision BoR (11) 37), the BEREC Office established a public register of BEREC documents. With Decision MC (11) 22 the BEREC Officer Management Committee (MC) decided that the BEREC Office documents should be registered in the same public register in a special section dedicated to the BEREC Office. With this decision the MC also determined the structure of the BEREC Office section of the public register and explicitly defined the document categories to be used.
Following the initial usage of the public register the BEREC Office has suggested its further improvement by introducing more user-friendly terminology and establishing some additional document categories.
The new rules on document registration will apply as of 1 July 2016.
