Cover Letter for submission of the draft Single Programming Document of the BEREC Office for 2023-2025 to EC, EP and the Council of the EU

As required by the provisions of Article 23 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1971 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office), draft Single Programming Document of the BEREC Office for 2023-2025 is present to the attention of the European Commission – for opinion, and to the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament. The draft has been approved by the BEREC Office Management Board on 31 January 2022 via e-voting procedure.
