Description
Where Are U - The end-user can place a call selecting, through a button, the most appropriate PSAP2; the call will be placed towards the relevant emergency number. The call can be placed as a "silent" call indicating that no voice contact is possible. The Where Are U app supports a chat client, so the first level PSAP Operator is able to intermediate the contact between the user and the emergency services needed. The location of the call is both network based and terminal based.
