Letter from the Administrative Manager to the European Commission for submitting the BEREC Office MC Opinion on the European Court of Auditor’s report on the annual accounts for financial year 2014

The Administrative Manager of the BEREC Office has sent the current letter to the President of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) for submission of Opinion of the Management Committee of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) on the European Court of Auditor’s report on the annual accounts for financial year 2014 for information and consideration by the ECA.

The Opinion was approved by the BEREC Office MC on 16 October 2015 and can be consulted here.

The Opinion of the MC has been drawn up in accordance with Article 13(2) of the BEREC Regulation and has been sent also to the European Parliament and the European Court of Auditors , as required by the afore-mentioned provision
