MC Opinion on the observation of the European Court of Auditors on the BEREC Office annual accounts for 2011

Opinion of the Management Committee of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) on the observation of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) on the BEREC Office annual accounts for 2011.

The current opinion is adopted by the Management Committee in accordance with Article 13 (9) of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC).

It was sent to ECA, the European Parliament and the Commission on 15 October 2012.
