In accordance with Article 27 of the BEREC Office Financial Regulation (Decision MC/2014/1) the Administrative Manager may transfer appropriations in the BEREC Office budget from one title to another up to a maximum of 10 % of the appropriations for the year shown on the line from which the transfer is made. Transfers above this limit are possible with the agreement of the Management Committee (MC) after respective proposal by the Administrative Manager.

Therefore, following a proposal to the MC for transfer from Title 1 to Title 3 in the BEREC Office Budget 2014 and after a a comment round conducted in the period 16-24 June 2014, the BEREC Chair launched an electronic voting procedure for approval of the proposed transfer. The proposal was accompanies by a draft Financing Decision for organising and financing BEREC and BEREC Office events in 2014.

The current report contains the outcome of the voting procedure. The document is part of the internal decision making process of the BEREC Office and is not available to the public but the documents, which were approved following the voting procedure can be consulted by the public at the following links: MC/2014/8 and MC/2014/9.
