Rules of Procedure on the operation of Expert Networking Groups

Art.12 of the revised MB RoP provides the possibility for the Management Board to create Experts Network Groups (ENGs) to deliver additional expertise on specific matters requested by the BEREC Office. In order to foresee the establishment and the functioning of the Expert Networking Groups, it is necessary to adopt a MB decision laying down the Rules on the operation of these new bodies. The attached draft contains the rules of procedure on the operation of the ENGs including provisions on the establishment process, on the appointment procedure, on the co-Chairs and members’ duties and on the working patterns.
