BEREC Annual Reports 2012
The BEREC Annual Reports – 2012 were prepared in compliance with Article 3 (1) (n) and 5 (5) of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Office.
The reports were adopted by Board of Regulators during its 15th plenary meeting held on 6 June 2013 in Athens and were submitted to the European Parliament, the Council of the EU, the European Commission, the European Economic and Social Committee and the European Court of Auditors, as required by the BEREC Regulation with letter No BoR (14) 76.
