Pursuant to Article 35(1) of the Regulation, BEREC and the BEREC Office may, subject to prior approval by the Commission, establish working arrangements. Those arrangements shall not create legal obligations. BEREC is keen to develop and maintain good and productive relationships with the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC). BEREC is determined to strengthen the relationship between the NRAs by means of increased engagement and regulatory policy dialogue and wish to enter into Memorandums of Understanding.
