BEREC input on the wholesale roaming market and the fair use of roaming services

Following European Commission’s letter of 28 July 2015, BEREC answers the European Commission’s request and gives input about the wholesale roaming market and the fair use of roaming services. The BEREC input was approved by the Board of Regulators during its 25th plenary meeting, which took place on 10 December 2015 in London.
