BEREC's Review of the Common Positions on wholesale unbundled access, wholesale broadband access and wholesale leased lines: Stage 1: High-level principles on on-discrimination

The BEREC consultation document on the high level principles of non-discrimination was discussed by the Board of Regulators and agreed at the BEREC plenary meeting in Vienna on 23 February 2012.

According to the BEREC 2012 work programme, BEREC has to review and update the three Common Positions covering key wholesale access products – wholesale unbundled access, wholesale broadband access and wholesale leased lines. BEREC’s consultation document on the proposed high level principles of non-discrimination is the first stage in BEREC’s review process.    

The public consultation will run from 1 March to 30 March 2012.
