During its 32nd plenary meeting in Bucharest, the BoR approved the Draft BEREC Report on the impact of premium content on ECS markets and the effect of devices on the open use of the Internet for public consultation. The BEREC report on the outcomes of the public consultation presents how the comments received in public consultation were addressed in the final draft BEREC report on the impact of premium content on ECS markets and the effect of devices on the open use of the Internet.
