Summary report on the Workshop to move towards a vision for Europe's telecoms consumers

In its Strategy 2018-2020, BEREC included “Exploring new ways to boost consumer empowerment” as one of its five strategic priorities. This focus on increasing consumer empowerment and engagement was put to ensure consumers have the information and tools to make informed choices and engage effectively with the market.
