Elin Nolsoe Nielsen is Head of EU Affairs at Orange and is part of the Group Regulatory Team supporting Orange’s businesses within the EU mainly on the regulation on consumer protection, digital services and financial regulation.

Today, Elin is representing the Brussels-based association Connect Europe in her capacity as Chair of the Digital Economy & Society Working Group. The working group focuses among others on sectorial and horizontal legislation that governs consumer choice & protection.
