Decision No 02 of 2026 of the Director of the Agency for Support for BEREC amending the Agency’s organisation chart for 2026

Following an internal operational assessment, the Director has analysed the possibility to reorganise the Administration and Finance Unit by merging the Finance and Accounting Team and the Legal and Procurement Team into a single integrated team to optimize resource allocation, enhance business continuity, back-up coverage, and support key operational priorities, including the transition to SUMMA. This merge requires an amendment to the BEREC Office organisation chart.

The organisation chart of the BEREC Office set out in Annex I to the Single Programming Document of the BEREC Office for the period 2026-2028 is replaced by the organisation chart set out in the Annex to this Decision.
