2025 BEREC Office Annual Accounts

In compliance with the provisions of Article 28 of the found act of the Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office), specifically: Regulation (EU) No 2018/1971, the Agency is required to prepare and adopt its own annual accounts. These accounts are ultimately consolidated with the accounts of the European Union. The preparation of these accounts falls under the responsibility of the Accounting Officer, who was appointed by the BEREC Office Management Board through Decision No MB/2023/10 as of 1 November 2023.
