BEREC Office Report on budgetary and financial management for financial year 2025

The legal basis for this Report on Budgetary and Financial Management is Article 28(2) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1971 of 11 December 20181 and Article 103 of the Financial Regulation of the Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office, Agency)2, which stipulates that the Agency shall prepare a report on budgetary and financial management for the closed financial year.

The present report analyses the appropriations managed by the BEREC Office in 2025.
