Decision No MB/2025/10 of the Management Board of the Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office) on the designation of the Reporting Officers to appraise the BEREC Office Director for the period 01.04.-31.12.2025
According to the provisions of the BEREC Regulation the Director of the BEREC Office is engaged as a temporary agent of the BEREC Office in accordance with point (a) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants.
Consequently, the BEREC Office Director is subject to an annual appraisal which should assess the ability of the Director to perform her duties efficiently and effectively.
According to Decision of the BEREC Office Management Board on the probationary period, management trial period andconcerning the appraisal of the Director the reporting officers for the annual appraisal of the Director are the Chair of the BEREC Office Advisory Group (BAG) appointed by the Management Board (MB) and at least one MB member appointed by the MB from amongst its members. The European Commission representative in the MB should be also amongst the appointed reporting officers.
In that respect on 3 October 2025 the MB took the current Decision on the designation of the Reporting Officers to appraise the Director of the BEREC Office for the reporting period from 01.04.2025 to 31.12.2025.
