Outline BEREC Work Programme 2027

This document is the Outline of the annual work programme of BEREC for 2027, which has to be adopted by 31 January 2026.

The objectives of the Outline BEREC Work Programme 2027 are based on the mandatory tasks falling to BEREC, stemming mainly from the EECC, and consider the BEREC Strategy 2026–2030.

The Outline Work Programme 2027 reflects as well BEREC’s institutional and international cooperation activities and its commitment to serve as a body for thoughtful and proactive debate, providing advice to the European Parliament (EP), the Council, and the European Commission (EC) in the field of electronic communications and digital services. Furthermore, BEREC aims to play an important role in further improving the consistent and harmonised application of regulatory rules, enhancing its working methods and engaging cooperatively and effectively with stakeholders.
