Draft Updated BEREC Guidelines on Geographical surveys of network deployment

In 2024, BEREC published an implementation report on the BEREC Guidelines on geographical surveys of network deployments (BoR (24) 146) and concluded that it was appropriate to update the BEREC Guidelines to assist NRAs on the consistent application of Geographical surveys of network deployments. During 2025, BEREC has worked on the update.

The updated Guidelines introduce several enhancements aimed at improving the accuracy and transparency of broadband coverage assessments across Member States.
