Decision MC/2012/3 by the Management Committee of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) laying down general implementing provisions on the conduct of administrative inquiries and disciplinary procedures, adopted on 25 May 2012 in Dubrovnik.

The current decision was adopted by MC in compliance with Article 10 (2) of Regulation (EC) N 1211/2009, in agreement with the Commission, as an implementing measure in accordance with the arrangements provided for in Article 110 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities.

The European Commission gave its agreement for the adoption of the current decision with Commission Decision C (2012) 2266 final of 11 April 2012 on the agreement of certain Agencies on their implementing rules for giving effect to the Staff Regulations.
