Decision of the BEREC Office Management Board on the designation of two Reporting Officers to appraise the Director of the BEREC Office

With effect from 20 December 2018, the Administrative Manager appointed on the basis of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 shall act as the Director with the functions provided for in Regulation (EU) 2018/1971. The Director of the BEREC Office is subject to an annual appraisal exercise to be carried out by two Reporting Officers appointed amongst the BEREC Vice-chairs. Consequently, the Management Board of the Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office) appointed two Vice-chairpersons as the reporting officers for the appraisal of the Director’s performance in 2021.
