Decision of the BEREC Office MC laying down general implementing provisions of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union on the procedure governing the working time

The current Decision of the Management Committee (MC) of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) lays down general implementing provisions of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union on the procedure governing the working time.

In particular it states that the general implementing rules of the Staff Regulations on implementing provisions on working time, as adopted by the Commission and listed in Annex I to the currect Decision, shall apply by analogy to the staff of the BEREC Office.

This Decision was adopted by the MC on 5 June 2015 at Bergen (duirng the 23rd BEREC Office MC plenary meeting) and enters into force on the day of its adoption.
