"Following the entry into force of the new Staff Regulations adopted by the European Parliaments and the Council, on 4 March, 2015 European Commission adopted C ( 2015)1509 a new model for general implementing provisions on the procedure governing the engagement and use of temporary staff under Article 2(f) of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union. Based on this decision, BEREC Office proposes to the MC to approve new rules for recruitment and mobility between the Union agencies.

This Decision was approved by the BEREC Office MC on 5 June 2015 during its 23rd MC plenary meeting. The general implementing provisions in the current Decision shall take effect on the day following that of their adoption.

The current Decision repeals Decision MC (10) 23.
