Draft BEREC Office MC Decision concerning the reimbursement of travel, subsistence and other expenses incurred in the course of journeys made by persons not employed by the BEREC Office and repealing the previous Management Committee Decision № MC/2013/5 of 6 June 2013

The currently applicable rules on the reimbursement of travel, subsistence and other expenses incurred in the course of journeys made by persons not employed by the BEREC Office are established by Decision № MC/2013/5 that has been adopted on 6 June 2013.The application of this decision has however proven the need to adapt the scope of the reimbursement of the national experts travel expenses to the actual requirements of BEREC.

To ensure that sufficient operational budget (Title 3) remains available for fulfilling BEREC Office’s other tasks (e.g. studies) concerning the provision of adminstrative and professional support to BEREC, any amendment of the reimbursement rules shall be cost neutral to the widest possible extent.
