Draft BEREC Office MC Decision on the working language regime at the BEREC Office

EU Institutions and bodies are granted a degree of operational autonomy on the choice of the working language, provided the choice objectively meets the functional needs of the body concerned and does not give rise to unjustified differences of treatment as between Union citizens. The working language of the BEREC Office is English. This shall not prevent the BEREC Office from using other European Union official languages as it might be considered appropriate.
