Draft MC Decision laying down the implementing rules for implementing Article 7(2) of the Staff Regulations as regards temporary occupation of management post.

The draft is submitted for approval by the MC following the receipt of the agreement of the Commission on the adoption of the measure presented in Commission Decision C (2012) 6767 final of 27 Sept. 2012 on the agreement of certain Agencies on their implementing rules for giving effect to the Staff Regulations.
