According to Article 99 of the Management Committee Decision MC/2014/1 on the financial regulation applicable to the BEREC Office in conformity with the Framework Financial Regulation for the bodies referred to in Article 185 of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 966/2012 of 25 October 2012 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union (‘the BEREC Office Financial Regulation’), the Director shall send the Court of Auditors a reply to the observations made in its annual report by 30 September of the following year at the latest. The replies of the Office shall be sent to the Commission at the same time.
