Notification pursuant to Article 297 of the TFEU: Commission Decision C(2018) 1362 final of 27.02.2018

With the current letter the European Commission informs the BEREC Office about the adoption of Commission Decision C(2018) 1362 final on giving the Commission's ex ante agreement to the adoption by agencies of implementing rules laying down guidelines on whistleblowing.
