Notification pursuant to Article 297 of the TFEU: Commission Decision C(2018) 2209 final of 11.04.2018

With the current letter the European Commission informs the BEREC Office about the adoption of Commission Decision C(2018) 2209 final on giving the Commission’s ex ante agreement to the adoption by decentralized agencies and joint undertakings of implementing rules concerning the function of adviser.
