Commission Decision C (2012) 6767 final of 27 Sept. 2012 on the agreement of certain Agencies on their implementing rules for giving effect to the Staff Regulations.

With the current Decision the Commission gives its consent for adopting MC Decision on BEREC Office rules on temporary occupation of management posts.
