Notification pursuant to Article 297 of TFEU: Commission Decision C(2015) 9563 final of 16.12.2015

With the current letter the European Commission informed the BEREC Office about the adoption of Commission Decision of 16.12.2015 giving to decentralised agencies and joint undertakings an ex ante agreement regarding general provisions for implementing Article 45 of the Staff Regulations.
