Report on the outcome of the MC electronic voting procedure on the the proposal for the appointment of a Programme Manager in the Programme Management Unit, his/her the appointment by the Vice-Chair and the establishment of a reserve list (TA – Grade AD5) of the BEREC Office.

In accordance with Article 10.9 of the Rules of Procedure of the BEREC Management Committee(MC (10)02 Rev1; below “MC RoP”), a full report on the outcome of the procedure is madeherewith: The electronic voting procedure was conducted in accordance with Article 10 of the MC RoP. It
was launched on Tuesday 19 August 2014, at 13.45 CET and was concluded on Tuesday 26 August 2014, at 16.00 CET (seven calendar days). A majority of Members (25) did cast valid votes, and according to Article 10.6 of the MC RoP, the voting round therefore is valid. According to Art. 9.1 of the MC RoP, the MC shall act by a two-thirds majority of its Members. As the required majority of the votes (at least 20 “Yes” votes) were in favour of adopting the prepared final “MC agreement of Programme Manager AD5”, this draft now has been approved by the Management Committee of the BEREC Office.
