Ex-ante advertisement for a middle value negotiated procedure with at least five candidates, in order to acquire external services of maximum price of 65 000 EUR: Provision of external services regarding the BEREC NN measurement tool

BEREC and its Office were established by Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2010. BEREC shall contribute to the development and better functioning of the internal market for electronic communications networks and services, by aiming to ensure a consistent application of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications. The Office shall assist BEREC in this task, by providing professional and administrative support services. For more details on BEREC and the BEREC Office please refer to the BEREC website.

The BEREC Office hereby announces the launch of a middle value negotiated procedure with at least five candidates in order to establish a single framework contract within a maximum threshold of 65 000 EUR. The purpose of the contract is to acquire supporting services regarding the BEREC NN measurement tool.

This publication is made pursuant to obligation under Article 124 (1) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 1268/2012, as amended for contracts with a value between 15 000,01 EUR and the Directive 2014/24/EU threshold.

Interested economic operators may express their interest to participate in this middle value negotiated procedure by sending their expression by 26 October 2017 in writing to the following mailbox: [email protected]

The economic operators which express their interest will be invited by the contracting authority to participate in the above mentioned procurement procedure. Nevertheless, the contracting authority reserves a right to invite other economic operators to participate regardless of the fact if they expressed their interest or not. The day of sending out the procurement documents will follow shortly after the deadline for expressing the interest to participate.
