Ex-ante advertisement for a negotiated procurement procedure, with at least three tenderers, in order to acquire services or supplies of maximum price of 60000 EUR: PROVISION OF ON-LINE PUBLIC CONSULTATION PLATFORM

BEREC and its Office were established by Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2010. BEREC shall contribute to the development and better functioning of the internal market for electronic communications networks and services, by aiming to ensure a consistent application of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications. The Office shall assist BEREC in this task, by providing professional and administrative support services. For more details on BEREC and BEREC Office please refer to the BEREC website.

The BEREC Office hereby announces the launch of a low value negotiated procedure with at least three tenderers in order to establish a Single Framework Contract within a maximum threshold of 60000 EUR (sixty thousand Euro). The purpose of the contract is to acquire services for the provision for four (4) years of an on-line public consultation platform to operate BEREC public and internal discussions and consultations.

This publication is made pursuant to obligation under Article 124 (1) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 1268/2012, as amended for contracts with a value between
15 000,01 EUR and the Directive 2014/24/EU threshold.

Interested economic operators may express their interest to participate in this low value negotiated procedure by notifying BEREC Office by 1 November 2017 in writing to the following mailbox: [email protected]

The economic operators that express their interest will be invited by the contracting authority to participate in the above mentioned procurement procedure. Nevertheless, the contracting authority reserves a right to invite other economic operators to participate regardless of the fact if they expressed their interest. The day of sending out the procurement documents will follow shortly after the deadline for expressing the interest to participate.
