2011 Annual Declaration of Commitment of Ing Philip Micallef, Member of the Board of Regulators established pursuant to Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Office, nominated by the Malta Communications Authority MCA. The current declaration is submitted pursuant to Article 21 of the afore-mentioned Regulation.
