BEREC Opinion on the draft Gigabit Recommendation

On 23 February, the European Commission invited BEREC to provide the Commission with its opinion on the draft Gigabit Recommendation until end of April, and extended the deadline until 5 May 2023. The Draft BEREC Opinion comments on all sections and makes a number of amendment proposals with the intention of improving the Draft Gigabit Recommendation where considered necessary.
