The purpose of the procedure presented in this document is to provide support to National Regulatory Authorities of communications ("NRAs") in interpreting the Roaming Regulation (III) no 531/2012 ("the Roaming Regulation") and in applying the three associated BEREC Guidelines on international roaming services ("the Guidelines").

The procedure aims to contribute to a harmonized interpretation of the Roaming Regulation by sharing information between NRAs and the BEREC Expert Working Group on International Roaming ("EWG").

In addition, this procedure may help the Drafters of this group ("Drafters") to receive feedback regarding the Guidelines and any problems encountered in applying the Roaming Regulation.
