Launch of the voting round on PRD guidelines for the implementation of NN provisions of the TSM Regulation

The Telecoms Single Market Regulation includes rules to “safeguard equal and non-discriminatory treatment of traffic in the provision of Internet access services and safeguarding end-users’ rights”.
Article 4(5) requires BEREC to lay down guidelines for the implementation of the obligations of NRAs related to the supervision, enforcement and transparency measures for ensuring open Internet access.
These guidelines should contribute to the consistent application of the Regulation, and be produced after consulting stakeholders and in close cooperation with the European Commission. The guidelines shall be adopted no later than 9 months after the Regulation enters into force.
