Letter from the Chair of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications(BEREC) to the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Court of Auditors for submitting the BEREC Annual Reports - 2012. The BEREC Annual Reports – 2012 were prepared in compliance with Article 3 (1) (n) and 5 (5) of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 establishing BEREC and the Office, and were adopted by Board of Regulators during its 15th plenary meeting held on 6 June 2013 in Athens.
