Letter from the European Commission to BEREC in relation to the implementation of the universal service provisions

DG CONNECT started its preparations for the fourth review of the scope of universal service. In order to base the review on solid evidence, the Deputy Director-General of the Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT) of the European Commission sent a questionnaire to BEREC (attached to the current letter) aimed at gathering an accurate overview on the implementation and actual application of the universal service rules in each Member State of the European Union.

The letter and the questionnaire are intended for internal use and are not accessible to the public.
