Letter to the Commission containing information on termination rates

The current letter to the Commission is sent in reply to a request of 15 October 2015 for provision of BEREC’s assistance in gathering quantitative data for the purposes of a study that will assess the impact of the current implementation of the Termination Rates Recommendation on market developments in the EU telecoms sector.
